Albert Juvillà

Albert Juvillà has a diverse work experience in talent development and recruitment. Albert is currently the Talent Development Director & Co-Founder at KeepITup, a role they started in May 2019. In September 2020, they took on the position of Hiring Partner at Lidr, a company that focuses on training future tech leaders. Prior to that, Albert worked as an External Advisor for Talent Development at 3D Printed Talent from January 2019 to December 2020. Albert also served as a Senior Talent Developer and Technical Recruiter at Get with from January 2018 to May 2019. Starting in May 2017 and ending in January 2018, they worked as a Talent Developer at Bandit, where they focused on understanding the needs of both clients and candidates in the tech industry. In January 2016, Albert worked as an IT Recruiter and Business Developer at Page Personnel, contributing to the company's growth in the technology field. Before their career in talent development and recruitment, they had experience as a Business Developer at Fibercom SL, where they managed infrastructure installation permissions for Telefónica, and at TREND Model Management, where they handled client relations and administrative tasks.

Albert Juvillà completed their undergraduate education in Psychology at the Universitat de Barcelona from 2012 to 2016. After obtaining their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education and enrolled at the EAE Business School.
