Jorge Alarcón

Jorge Alarcón has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Jorge started their career in 1998 and worked in various companies until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a web developer and project manager at Tantacom, focusing on projects that prioritized usability, UX, and interaction.

In 2010, they joined Entelgy as a Front-end Manager and Scrum Master for projects at BBVA, where they were responsible for remodeling and developing web applications.

From 2016 to 2019, Jorge worked at GFT Group in various roles, including Big Data Product Manager at Bankia, Team Lead and Agile Coach at Mapfre, and Front Architecture Product Owner and Team Leader at Bankinter. In these roles, they managed projects and facilitated collaboration between teams, clients, and stakeholders.

In 2019, they worked at Netmind as an Agile Coach at Mutua Madrileña, where they played a key role in defining the company's digital transformation process and provided training and support to various teams.

In 2019, they also worked as a Scrum Master at Paradigma Digital, leading the process and business relationship with El Corte Inglés.

Most recently, Jorge has been working at Keepler Data Tech, where they have held multiple roles. Jorge started as a Scrum Master at Orange in March 2020 and then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager at Prosegur, where they worked on a strategic Big Data project. Jorge later worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Billion Hands and currently holds the position of Agile Delivery Manager at Mapfre.

Jorge Alarcón attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Informatics Engineering. Jorge obtained a degree in this field.
