Pablo Ríos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Pablo began their career at Veedia Mobile Video Solutions in 2004, where they worked as a Software Engineer, developing video conferencing solutions and CTI integrations. In 2007, they became a Development Team Leader, managing the development process for video conferencing and voice solutions. Pablo then joined mHealthAlert in 2011 as a Mobile Apps Project Manager, leading a development team and implementing agile methodologies. In 2015, they joined BEEVA (BBVA Company) as a Scrum Master, where they worked until 2018. In 2014, they joined AVANZA Project Success, where they provided training and coaching for PMP and PMI-ACP certifications. Finally, they joined Keepler in 2018 as an Agile Practitioner and later became a Business Development Manager in 2019.

Pablo Ríos has the following education history:

From 1998 to 2004, they attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and obtained a B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Network and Communications.

In 2008-2009, they completed the First Certificate of English program at the University of Cambridge.

In 2011-2012, they attended the University of Cambridge once again and obtained a Certificate in Advanced English, focusing on English Language studies.

In 2022, they attended Sales Business School for a course on "Consultor de Ventas - Técnicas y habilidades avanzadas en ventas para una relación con el cliente".

In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained various certifications. In 2009, they earned the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education.

In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

In 2015, they achieved the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster® certification from Scrum Alliance.

In 2016, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I certifications from Scrum.org. Additionally, they achieved the Scaled Professional Scrum certification from the same institution.

In 2018, they obtained the Kanban Management Professional certification from Lean Kanban University and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.

Lastly, in 2016 and 2018, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master II and Professional Scrum Developer certifications, respectively, from Scrum.org.
