Willi Trocio

Willi Trocio has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Willi currently works as a Customer Success Specialist at Keepme.ai, where they utilize artificial intelligence to track scenarios and help health and fitness operators achieve their retention and sales goals.

Prior to their current position, Willi served as an Assistant General Manager at Vanda, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the strategic direction and development of two business units. Willi was responsible for accomplishing revenue targets, managing operations, and utilizing data analysis to improve management philosophies.

Before that, Willi worked as a Project Coordinator/Basic Php Programmer at QUALFON PHILIPPINES, INC., where they coordinated project schedules, resources, and information, and managed agent support tools in call center operations.

Willi also gained experience in the travel industry by working as a Reservation & Marketing/Officer-In-Charge at Feliz Global Travel & Tours. In this role, they promoted and developed travel product business strategies, managed bookings and recommendations, and ensured excellent customer service.

Willi's earlier roles include Marketing Representative/Operations Supervisor at HELPMATE SERVICES INCORPORATED, Marketing Officer/Courier Supervisor/Billing & Collection at HELPMATE INCORPORATED, and Computer Instructor at Cebu City SDA Elementary School. Willi completed their studies at Kennedy Computer Academy in 1996. Subsequently, from 1996 to 2000, Trocio enrolled at Southwestern University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a focus on Computer Science.
