Alan Simpson

Alan Simpson is a senior site manager at Keepmoat, having begun this role in 2024, after a diverse career in construction. With a foundational degree in Residential Development and Construction from Sheffield Hallam University, Alan previously honed their skills during nine years of military service as part of the Royal Engineers. They have held several management positions, including construction site manager at Keepmoat Homes and Folly View Ltd, as well as assistant manager roles at Barratt Developments and Countryside. Since February 2018, Alan has been managing a privately funded residential construction site, ensuring safety and high-quality service throughout all project phases.
