Gemma Thompson is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as HR Manager at Keepmoat Homes since March 2017, Gemma collaborates with regional management teams to implement HR activities and support consistent practices across the organization. Prior to this, Gemma held the position of HR Officer at Paragon UK, focusing on employee relations and providing HR support across multiple sites.
