James Swann

James Swann is a Contracts Manager at Keepmoat, a position held since 2025. They previously worked as a Project Manager for both Barratt Developments plc and Keepmoat, as well as serving as a Senior Site Manager at Barratt and David Wilson Homes from 2017 to 2022. Swann began their career as an Assistant Site Manager at Barratt Homes from 2007 to 2012 and held various site management roles through 2017. They earned a City and Guilds National Certificate in Building Construction, Level 3 from Barnsley College between 2003 and 2005.
