Louise Casey serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Keepmoat since July 2023 and has been a Parent Governor for pupil premium at St Therese Of Lisieux Primary School since August 2020. Louise has also held the position of Trustee at Safer Communities from September 2020 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Louise worked at Asda from June 2012 to July 2023 as Senior Legal Director for corporate services, overseeing multiple teams and handling a variety of legal matters, including significant transactions such as the sale of Asda Group Limited and the implementation of a comprehensive insurance program. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Legal Transactions and In-House Counsel for Real Estate at DLA Piper from September 2005 to June 2012, and as a Solicitor at Eversheds from September 2000 to September 2005. Louise earned a degree from Northumbria University from 1996 to 2000.
