Michael O'Farrell

Michael O'Farrell serves as the Regional Managing Director South at Keepmoat Homes since November 2017, contributing to the company's growth as a leading UK home builder focused on affordable housing for first-time buyers. With over 25 years of senior management experience in the UK house building and construction sectors, O'Farrell has held key positions in prominent companies, including Regional Managing Director at Lovell Partnerships Ltd and Managing Director at Noonan Services Group (UK) Ltd. Prior roles include Divisional MD and Main Board Director at Kier Group, overseeing a housing division with a turnover of £340 million, as well as managing director roles at Allison Homes, Wilson Connolly, and a group production director position. O'Farrell holds educational credentials from Nene College and Ashridge College, alongside initial vocational training in Cahir County, Tipperary, Ireland. Recently relocated to Southern Ireland with family, O'Farrell is currently semi-retired.
