Rob Merrison

Rob Merrison is an accomplished digital operations professional with extensive experience in managing digital and e-commerce environments across various companies. Currently serving as the Group Digital Operations Manager at Keepmoat since October 2021, Rob oversees the digital estate for internal and external customers across eight regions, focusing on digital and IT service operations. Prior to Keepmoat, Rob held several positions at Pentland Brands, including Operations Lead for Digital Technologies, where governance of change and incident management across numerous digital channels was key. Rob's career also features roles at Venture Stream, SaleCycle, and AkzoNobel, showcasing a strong background in digital project management, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing, Rob possesses a comprehensive skill set in digital service design, project management, and supplier management.
