Roy Keene

Roy Keene has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Roy is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Keeta since October 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of Research And Development (Network) at Keeta from February 2022 to October 2022. Prior to Keeta, they worked as a Senior Cloud Application Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2020 to February 2022. From November 2017 to January 2020, they were a Consultant at DaySphere, LLC. Roy also worked as a Lead Developer at Nano Foundation from February 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior System Architect at Knight Point Systems, LLC from January 2015 to November 2017. Roy Keene has also worked as a Senior Consultant at CoreAdaptive, LLC from October 2014 to January 2015, as a Senior System Engineer at CSRA Inc from October 2013 to October 2014, as a Senior System Administrator at Knight Point Systems, LLC from October 2012 to October 2013, as a Senior System Administrator at Northrop Grumman from September 2009 to October 2012, and as an IT Specialist and System Administrator at Jacobs Technology from April 2006 to September 2009.

Roy Keene attended Mississippi State University from 2001 to 2003, studying Computer Science. However, they did not complete their degree at this time. In terms of additional certifications, Roy obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2019. Roy further achieved the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification and the Amazon Web Services SysOps Administrator - Associate certification from AWS in September 2020.
