What is Kefi?
It is the Greek word for Passion: having love and the heart for something. Well, that is the Kefi Catalyst team uniquely trained and focused to drive results through people who are fully engaged and aligned with leadership. Kefi is passionate about accelerating growth. We support CEOs, Business Owners, and Executives who see the value in growing their businesses or organizations with strong leaders who are aligned and are eager to develop into high performing teams. At Kefi Catalyst, we create more effective cultures through open, honest and integrity rich relationships. These, together with aligned goals, produce more engaged employees who will willingly drive high-value relationships with the company, their leaders, and clients. We start with a survey to assess the team’s skills and effectiveness. We do that through personal employee, customer interviews along with other behavioral assessments. (TriMetrix Behavioral Assessment, Emotional Intelligence, 360 Surveys and others). Through this process, we are able to determine a full range of characteristics and attributes for leaders in the organization. Matching the needs of the business to the clients, culture and goals, we coach to strengthen attributes for high performance. With a full range of training modules, knowledge is coupled with the skills and the priorities of the business, thus helping to create a unity among the team and common ground for success. Through this process, we mitigate issues; we focus on healthy and rich relationships with human kindness at the core. Through a unique questioning technique, clear communication results. We work to eliminate friction, build skills for healthy debate, and focus on trust to make way for strong collaboration and teamwork. Kefi Catalyst believes that relationships matter. We believe relationships are paramount to a healthy growing organization. Our ROR, “Return on Relationship” strategy, together with dynamic business expertise is a winning combination for our coaching, training, and strategy alignment work.
