Simon Ngo has a diverse background with experience in both hospitality and information security. Currently serving as a server at Kin Craft Ramen & Izakaya under Kei Concepts since October 2019, Simon has also taken on roles as a bartender at Nep Cafe and a barista at The Alley. Additionally, Simon completed an internship as an Information Security Analyst at Teladoc Health from June 2022 to October 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating cybersecurity measures of external vendors to protect sensitive information. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Orange Coast College. Currently enrolled in the COOP Careers Fellowship program, Simon is pursuing a Data Analytics Apprenticeship in Information Technology & Services.
