William Rybczynski

William Rybczynski is a seasoned cybersecurity professional and founder of Palm Tree Synergy, offering specialized security services since February 2022. With a robust background, Rybczynski has served on various advisory boards, including the Cybersecurity Advisory Board at Keiser University, beginning December 2025, and the University of Arkansas Grantham’s College of Science, Engineering, and Technology Advisory Board since September 2013. Rybczynski's experience includes leadership roles at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency as Advisory Councils Branch Chief and as Senior Vice President of Cyber Solutions at RPI Group, Inc., where a Cybersecurity Division was established. Prior military service includes 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, concluding as the Senior Information Assurance Chief. Rybczynski's extensive knowledge and expertise continue to shape the cybersecurity landscape through various roles, including contributions as a Subject Matter Expert for CompTIA and membership in InfraGard National Members Alliance.
