Matt Grossman

Matt Grossman is the Managing Director of Client Accounting & Finance Services at Keiter, where they lead a practice focused on providing fractional controllers, CFOs, and advisory services for middle market companies. Previously, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Agway Farm & Home Supply and held various senior finance roles at MeadWestvaco, including Vice President of Corporate Development and CFO of the Home, Health & Beauty segment. Grossman co-founded the M&A Group at Davenport & Company LLC and has extensive experience in executing M&A transactions across multiple industries. They earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
