Construction Team

The Construction Team at Keith Construction Inc. is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a team primarily composed of Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, they focus on day-to-day operations, coordination of subcontractors, site safety and compliance, and timely communication with all stakeholders. Their expertise ensures that multifamily residential projects, including rehabilitations, adaptive reuse, historic renovations, and new constructions, are executed with meticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
