Alexis Morales has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Draftsman for various companies, including Ing. Otto Blanco & Assoc. and BC Group. During this time, they developed construction plans for residential and commercial development projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

In 1997, they joined Torres & Associates as a Draftsman, where they created as-built plans for telephone main lines, conducting fieldwork data collection. From 1998 to 2003, Morales worked as a Draftsman at GREGORY L. MORRIS & ASSOCIATES, managing the workflow between engineers and the drafting team to develop construction plans for civil engineering projects.

In 2003, they became a CAD Manager at Osvaldo Rivera & Asocc., where they provided civil design assistance for residential and commercial development projects. Alexis also conducted CAD software training sessions and prepared documentation for CAD standards.

As the owner of moragrouppr from 2007 to 2018, Morales expanded their expertise in Autodesk software, became proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other programs. Alexis worked as an independent instructor and honed technical abilities as a Network Manager and Technology Technician.

Since 2018, Morales has been employed at KEITH. Initially, they served as the CAD/CIM Manager, and in December 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Technology.

Alexis Morales attended Liceo de Arte y Tecnologia from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Technical Degree in Drafting.
