Jose Castro, PE, MBA, PMP, ENV SP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a Program Manager at KEITH. With a background that includes roles such as Asistente de director de proyecto and Assistant Project Manager at Thornton Construction Company, Jose has demonstrated expertise in overseeing construction projects and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
