Shelby Smith

Shelby Smith is an experienced engineer with a background in civil engineering. Currently serving as Engineer III at KEITH since June 2022, Shelby has previously held positions such as Staff Engineer II at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from February 2021 to June 2022, and Engineer 1 at HNTB from July 2018 to October 2020. Earlier career experience includes a role as Graduate Transportation Associate at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from June 2017 to June 2018 and an internship at Civic Engineering & IT, Inc. in the summer of 2015. Shelby earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently pursuing further education at Tongji University since May 2016.
