A practical grounding in everything around the medicine.

Keja Health helps doctors in Aotearoa New Zealand build the skills that sit alongside their clinical training: how the system works, where you fit within it, and how to get the most for your patients in a resource-constrained environment.

We're here to change how doctors experience the transitions that shape a career. Too much of what makes a good doctor beyond the medicine is still left to be picked up alone and the hard way, and too often the cost is lost confidence and burnout, at the point when a doctor has the most to give. Finding your feet shouldn't be left to luck.

So we take what clinicians have already worked out and put it within reach, one practical, New Zealand-specific course at a time. We've started with the step up to consultant, and we're building from there.
