Established on 28 November 2012, under the Companies Act 1965, and wholly owned subsidiary by Kejora Development Holding Sdn. Bhd. which also a subsidiary of the Southeast Johor Development Authority (KEJORA), an agency under the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB).

The establishment of KLDSB Company is to carry out activities under the sector property development such as Developers and Implementing Agents to KEJORA for implement development and construction projects such as Projects Mixed Housing and Affordable Housing Projects.

In addition, KLDSB Company is also registered as a Construction Contractor Grade G7 under the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB).
