Minna Rantala

Minna Rantala serves as the Head of Communications for the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) since November 2019, focusing on current affairs communication and stakeholder relations. Previously, Minna was the Head of Communications for Kanta Services, leading a team responsible for various communication aspects within the social welfare and healthcare sectors. Minna's experience also includes roles as Communications Liaison Manager for Kanta Services and Kela's Information Services, Communications Specialist at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, and several other positions in communications and project management. Minna holds a Master of Arts from the University of Helsinki and has pursued further education in Communications Management at the Management Institute of Finland. Additionally, Minna is currently enrolled at Aalto University.
