Naor Levi

Naor Levi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. As a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Carstop from March 2021 to June 2024, Naor played a pivotal role in establishing the company. Following this, Naor served as a Founding Engineer at a Stealth Startup from August 2024 to April 2025 and is currently a Software Engineer at KELA - Cyber Threat Intelligence since October 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Fullstack Developer at FinBot from August 2019 to May 2022 and as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Playkers from November 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, Naor held the position of Development Team Lead at EY from May 2022 to July 2024. Naor holds a degree in Software Architecture from DevOps Experts, completed in 2023.
