The Operations Team at Kelchner, Inc. is responsible for executing and overseeing all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on safety. The team includes roles such as Fleet Managers who oversee equipment logistics, Field Operations Managers who coordinate on-site activities, Project Managers who plan and monitor progress, and various specialized positions like Concrete Foremen and Heavy Equipment Operators who execute the physical labor.
