Ryan Smalling has extensive experience in drilling and heavy equipment operation, with a career spanning from 2010 to the present. Ryan began as a driller and equipment operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers and progressed to General Foreman/Drill Operator at McCrossin, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. In November 2017, Ryan took on the role of Driller at Moretrench until December 2021 and is currently employed as a Master Driller at KELLER. Ryan completed education in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology/Technician at Wayne Technical Career Center from 2007 to 2010.
