Ryan Smith, P.E. is currently the Vice President of Special Projects at Keller North America. Previously, Ryan held positions at URS Corporation and Terracon as a Project Engineer, as well as various roles at Hayward Baker, including Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and a Master's Degree in Civil Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Ryan is also pursuing additional studies in Civil Engineering at Fresno State.
