Brian Dault

Attorney at Keller Lenkner

Brian Dault is a Staff Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. A highly skilled and experienced litigator and trial attorney, Brian treats every client with professionalism and respect, earning their trust through excellent and thorough advocacy.

At Keller Postman, Brian’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Specifically, Brian contributes to the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs multi-district litigation, representing U.S. military veterans and servicemembers throughout the United States who allege a range of hearing-related injuries as a result of using 3M’s Combat Arms Earplugs.

He also supports the Camp Lejeune water contamination litigation – representing thousands of veterans, military family members, and other civilians who were poisoned by the water at U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune from 1953 – 1987.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian litigated and tried personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases for his own practice and another national plaintiffs’ firm. In November of 2019, Brian played a critical role on the trial team that secured a $58.5 million verdict in punitive and compensatory damages for families who had donated bodies of their deceased loved ones to the Biological Resource Center. The team represented the victims of a scheme to illegally sell parts of donated bodies that were intended for scientific and medical education research. The verdict is one of the largest civil case results in Arizona history.

Brian received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Brian is licensed to practice law in Arizona only.
