Lauren Schultz is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. She represents clients across the United States in complex matters, including mass torts and multidistrict litigations.
Lauren’s practice at Keller Postman centers on product-liability and consumer-protection litigation. Presently, Lauren represents numerous veterans in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2885.
Prior to Keller Postman, Lauren was a senior associate at Clark, Love & Hutson, PLLC, where she managed all aspects of litigation in the 3M Combat Arms multidistrict litigation and the transvaginal mesh multidistrict litigations in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, Charleston Division.
Notably, Lauren was a key contributor in multiple 3M Combat Arms bellwether trials, including the Estes, Hacker & Keefer consolidation and Baker case, which resulted in favorable verdicts for all plaintiffs. In this role, she supported Lead and Co-Lead Counsel prior to and during trial.
