Derek Ho

Derek Ho is a partner at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, PLLC, where expertise lies in appellate and complex commercial litigation since 2003. Previously, Derek served as a law clerk to Justice David H. Souter at the Supreme Court of the United States from June 2002 to June 2003 and to Chief Judge Michael Boudin at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit from June 2001 to June 2002. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree earned at Harvard Law School from 1998 to 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Harvard University, completed from 1992 to 1996, after attending The Roxbury Latin School from 1986 to 1992.
