Amit Rai is an HR and Talent Development professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Kellton Tech. They have successfully designed and implemented various high-impact learning programs, including comprehensive reskilling initiatives and a self-paced sales bootcamp, significantly enhancing engagement and skill readiness within the organization. Prior to this role, Amit held positions at CDFI and Tata Consultancy Services, where they developed strategic HR initiatives and effectively managed talent engagement and employee lifecycle processes.
