Sweta Singh

Sweta Singh has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sweta started their career as a Management Trainee at PepsiCo, where they worked on employee engagement and compensation structure projects. Sweta then moved on to Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they held the role of Business Partner HR, managing employee-related issues and implementing HR initiatives. From there, Sweta joined VLCC Personal Care Ltd as a Corporate HR Manager. Sweta then transitioned to IDFS Group, where they served as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for implementing HR processes and OD engagements across PAN India. Following this, Sweta joined Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. as the Head of Human Resources, contributing to organization strategic thinking and direction, and managing various HR operations. Most recently, Sweta has been working at GSPANN Technologies, Inc as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Sweta Singh obtained an MBA in PM & HR from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune, in the years 2004-2006. Sweta also earned a Master's degree in labor laws and Labor welfare from Pune University during the same time period. Additionally, Sweta completed a diploma in Training & Development from ISTD in New Delhi. Sweta completed their schooling from St. Pauls Academy, New Delhi, under the ICSE board.
