Vinay Kumar Sharma

Vinay Kumar Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vinay Kumar started their career at Olabz Technologies in 2008 as a Software Trainee, where they gained valuable experience and co-developed various products with the founders. Vinay then moved on to Ablaze Core Corporation, where they worked as a Lead Software Engineer, handling numerous projects independently. In 2010, they joined RupeePower, a FinTech startup, as a Senior Software Developer, collaborating closely with the CEO and Founder to develop RupeePower.com. Vinay worked at VitalSmarts India, a leadership consulting firm, as a Leadership Consultant, leading existing products and working on new in-house applications. Vinay Kumar then joined People Matters in 2012 as an IT Project Manager & Tech Lead, overseeing software development, team management, infrastructure, monitoring, security, and database administration. In 2021, Vinay joined Tivix, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and later joined impacttX Technologies as a Lead Engineer, working on challenging projects during the COVID crisis. In 2023, they joined Kellton, assuming the role of Lead Engineer. Throughout their career, Vinay has gained expertise in software development, project management, team leadership, and handling tough challenges.

Vinay Kumar Sharma completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) with Honors from Magadh University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Shaping Up with AngularJS" from Code School in the year 2015.
