Bruce Craig

Bruce Craig has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. Bruce started their career as an Information Services Manager at World Duty Free Group, where they worked for 10 years. Bruce then moved to The Restaurant Group plc as Head of IT Operations, where they worked for 3 years. In January 2019, they joined Carluccio's as IT Director, and they have been working there until June 2020. Currently, they are the Head of IT at KellyDeli.

Their manager is Steve Flanagan, Chief of Marketing.
