Jay Morjaria

Jay Morjaria is a chef and food consultant currently serving as the Head of Concept at KellyDeli. In 2013, they founded Sutra Kitchen, central London's first meat-free cooking school, and published their debut cookbook, 'Share,' featuring global recipes. Jay's expertise in East Asian cuisine, honed during time in Korea and Japan, led to the launch of the Modern Asian brand, Dynasty. They have worked with the Korean and Japanese Embassies, notable chefs, and hosted numerous supper clubs across the UK, all focused on a plant-forward ethos. Additionally, Jay has appeared on radio and TV and has been recognized as a 'Chef to watch' in the National Restaurant Awards.
