Demystifying a rather less understood subject has been our forte. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion was but a logical and natural choice to explore. We are continuously working with various organizations to build a culture of seeding diversity and inclusion in their DNA. Our work includes gender sensitization, bridging the gaps between Gen X and Gen Y, dealing with everyday unconscious biases at work and encourages inclusive hiring for recruiters, managers & leaders.
