Neil Morris has extensive experience in the business world. Neil began their career in 1999 as a Commissioning Editor, Interactive with the BBC. In 2000, they became the Head of Interactive Media at UKTV, where they had P&L responsibility and pioneered product and service innovations to build TV channel brands across online and offline channels. In 2002, they founded and became Managing Director of MomoMedia and Joint CEO and co-founder of Digital Public, a consultancy specializing in digital innovation, service design and launch for public sector bodies. In 2008, Digital Public was sold to Engine Group, where they became the UK Managing Director and Board Director. Neil also served as Chairman of Jam @ Engine. In 2010, they took on the role of CEO and founder of Signalyard, a sports marketing agency focused on cycling, running and triathlon brands. In 2015, they became Group Marketing Director for Wiggle CRC, the world's leading online cycling and outdoor sports retailer. Neil then took on the role of CEO at The Filter in 2018 before becoming CEO and co-founder of Kelpi in 2020, a world-leading sustainable materials innovation business.
Neil Morris completed an MBA at Henley Business School from 1997 to 2000. From 1989 to 1990, they attended Harlow College and earned a post-grad degree in journalism. Neil earned a B.A. in German Literature from the University of Birmingham from 1982 to 1986, and they studied German Literature at Freie Universität Berlin from 1984 to 1985.
