Anders Höglund

Anders Höglund has extensive work experience in the food industry. Anders is currently the CEO and Production Director at Kelsen Group A/S, where they are responsible for managing the company and overseeing production at two Danish bakeries. Anders previously worked as a Bakery Manager at Lantmännen Unibake, where they had full profit and loss responsibility for the Holstebro plant. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Production Manager at Arla Foods Ingredients and as a Senior Productions Manager at Arla Foods. Anders also held various roles at Arla Foods Uk Plc, including Production Manager and Process Manager. Overall, Anders Höglund has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Anders Höglund completed their education in a chronological order. Anders began their education at Tannbergskolan in Lycksele, Sweden from 1995 to 1999, specializing in natural science combined with competitive sports. Anders then pursued a Mejerist (Dairymen) program at Kold Kollage from 2002 to 2005. Continuing their education, they attended Aarhus Universitet from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) with a focus on organization and leadership. In 2011, they participated in the Arla Leadership Program (ALP) - modules 1-4 at Arla Foods amba, focusing on leadership development, inclusion, and diversity.
