Eli Logan

Eli Logan is a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in insurance leadership and organizational development. They currently serve as the Organizational Development Manager at Kelvion and have previously held key roles, including Director of Sales & Support Effectiveness at Branch and Director of Organizational Development at The Dollywood Company. Eli has a strong background in training and development, project management, and communication, enabling them to foster a culture of continuous learning and drive organizational growth. They are also an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within team environments. Eli is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management at both The University of South Dakota and Colorado Technical University.
