Maarten Groot

Maarten Groot serves as the VP of Service at Kelvion, leading the global Service Business with a focus on growing order intake and revenue while enhancing margin levels. As a member of Kelvion's International Management Team, responsibilities include modifying Regional Business Plans, Business Models, and Service Portfolios. Previous roles at Kelvion included Vice President Service PHE and Director Service PHE. Prior to Kelvion, Maarten Groot worked at Noventum Service Management, executing service transformation projects and enhancing industry standards. Early experiences include positions in the hospitality sector and an internship in business development at Volkswagen Pon Financial Services. Maarten Groot holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed a Service Executive Leadership course.
