Cancer doesn't fail treatment by chance. It adapts. When tumour cells switch identity, they evade therapies and seed resistant disease. We target the plasticity machinery directly, preventing resistance before it begins.

Our lead program, KMB-464 (seviteronel), is currently in Phase 2 clinical development for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. Our broader platform addresses plasticity across tumour types, opening pathways well beyond a single indication.
