Kembles Estates are a full service Estate Agent based on Netherhall Road, Doncaster.

A relatively new business, we started in late 2014 and are now comfortably one of the leading players in the Doncaster letting market.

We provide an unrivalled service to landlords, buy to let professionals, sellers and investors. Our local knowledge is second to none and we have an experienced team who know every aspect of the Doncaster property market.

Sales
We offer an unrivalled service of £899 plus vat fixed fee. For our fixed fee we offer a personal service, including a mobile tel number to your personal sales manager who will handle the sale from beginning to end. We undertake accompanied viewings, negotiations, liaising with solicitors and valuers etc.
We genuinely provide a high street personal service at internet prices.

Lettings
Our market leading managed letting service is only 8.5% plus vat. We charge no other fees to landlords. We even commit to landlord fees subsequent to the tenant fees ban which is due later in 2017/18.
We have our own in house repairs team and an out of hours service for any emergencies.
