Neil McFarlane

Neil McFarlane is a senior biopharmaceutical executive who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zevra Therapeutics. They previously led Adamas Pharmaceuticals as Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2021 and were Chief Operating Officer at Travere Therapeutics from 2016 to 2019. Their career included leadership roles at UCB (Vice President, Global, 2013-2016; Vice President & General Manager, U.S.), Sanofi Genzyme (Vice President, International; Director; Vice President, Europe, 2007-2009), SANGSTAT Medical Corp (Director, 2000-2003), Inlet Partners (Managing Director, 2009-2011), and Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc.
