With over 15 years of leadership in local and global organizations with a P&L exceeding $1B USD, Mathias has a solid background in the manufacturing industry, particularly in automation and robotics. Mathias previously held significant roles at companies such as Comau, KUKA Robotics, Universal Robots A/S, and ABB, where they consistently delivered exceptional results in growing global business through both direct and indirect sales. Mathias earned an Executive MBA from Uppsala University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology. With a track record of thriving in diverse cultural environments, Mathias has lived in seven countries across three continents.
