At Ken Blu, we help ambitious service-based businesses, coaches, consultants, agency owners, beauty professionals, and real estate experts achieve sustainable growth without the overwhelm. We specialise in simplifying operations, optimising systems, and building high-performing teams to unlock your business’s full potential.

Ken Blu was born from real-world struggles. Founded by Sayo Babatunde, who grew up helping his mother’s clothing business thrive through pure hustle and resourcefulness, we know what it means to build something from the ground up. Since our relaunch, we’ve guided over 50 service-based businesses to generate consistent six-figure growth by implementing smarter systems, streamlined processes, and marketing automation.

Our solutions are powered by two core elements:

💡 Code: Blu All-In-One CRM - Designed for coaches, consultants, agencies, and small businesses, Code: Blu simplifies lead management, sales funnels, marketing automation, client follow-ups, and analytics. It provides the operational efficiency you need to scale effectively.

The Ken Blu Team - A dedicated network of Virtual and Business Assistants trained to provide seamless support for tasks such as admin, customer engagement, marketing, and project management. Our team helps you focus on high-impact activities while we handle the details.

Our signature Deliver-Sell-Build Growth Cycle helps businesses like yours:
✅ Deliver - Establish reliable systems for service delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
✅ Sell - Implement repeatable, efficient sales processes to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
✅ Build - Develop independent, high-performing teams to support your growth sustainably.

The result? More revenue, more freedom, and more time to do what you love with a business that runs smoothly even when you step away.

Ken Blu is here to help you grow smarter, not harder. Ready to break the cycle of overwhelm and create real, sustainable growth? Book a call
