Rick Roper

Rick Roper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ken Garff Automotive Group since September 2021, Rick previously held the position of People Operations Manager at Red Spark Company. Prior roles also include Operations Manager at Double Eagle Dairy and Manager at Dave Roper Farms. Earlier in the career, Rick worked at BYU-Idaho as Recruitment Director and Get Connected Director. Rick holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
