Robert Z began their work experience in 2005 at Ken Garff Automotive Group as an Internet Marketing/Sales Manager and Senior Brand Specialist/Trainer. During this time, they managed sales professionals, achieved a 14% increase in total dealership market share for the Porsche and Audi Brands, and managed web merchandising for over $20 million worth of inventory.
In 2009, Robert Z moved to Murdock Hyundai Auto Group where they served as the Finance Director/Sales Manager/Trainer. Their responsibilities included managing the entire finance department sales staff, increasing total departmental profit by 40% between 2009 and 2012, and sales and marketing of financial products such as warranty and GAP Insurance.
In 2012, Robert Z joined Wells Fargo as the AVP, Regional Business Development Manager for Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. Robert led sales teams to monthly revenues of $60 million and managed a portfolio of over $1 billion in assets. Robert also developed and maintained relationships with key business partners and clients.
Currently, Robert Z is the Sr Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Ken Garff Automotive Group. Robert manages all Risk Management, Compliance, and Loss Prevention efforts for the largest privately held Automotive Group in the United States. Robert developed a proprietary compliance course for all employees and this training is utilized by all 6500 employees.
Robert Z. received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University in 2008. Robert then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Utah from 2011 to 2013.
