Ken Systems is a consulting, staffing, and technology solutions provider. We leverage 20+ years experience delivering technology solutions where we ourselves functioned as hiring managers.

Having been on the delivery end for most of our careers, we have a unique appreciation for how important (and difficult) it is to find and hire the right people to fit your team dynamic and company culture. Ken Systems specializes in staffing for skills in which our engineering leadership has relevant, on the job experience.

We know how to address critical gaps, connecting you with top talent and helping you organize your search to hire the right people for the job.

We are named after Ken Thompson, an American pioneer of computer science. His notable philosophies include:

Small is beautiful
Design for simplicity, clarity, and transparency
Write programs that do one thing and do it extremely well
Write programs that work together

Ken Systems is a certified small, women and minority-owned company, committed to helping government and commercial clients meet their diversity goals.
