The company has been operating as a full service general contracting company and has developed extensive experience in heavy civil, transportation, institutional, educational, athletic facilities, municipal treatment plants, and structural concrete projects. Kenaidan not only manages the construction process but also builds with its own forces, specializing in concrete formwork and placement as well as process mechanical systems. 

Kenaidan has offices in both Toronto and Vancouver. In 2011, Kenaidan Contracting joined the Obayashi global family of companies based in Tokyo, Japan.
