Rajesh Tripathi

Rajesh Tripathi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kenbox Technologies since November 2019, Rajesh leads a prominent HR tech company known for its extensive HRM/HCM platform. In addition, Rajesh holds the position of Hon. Director at the Forum for Global Studies since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Rajesh functioned as the Chief Operating Officer at Dalmia Lifecare and served as Vice President & Group Head HR at GHCL Limited. With a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles at companies such as Panacea Biotec and Aptech, Rajesh has built a strong foundation in human resources management. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University, Indian School of Business, and XLRI Jamshedpur, among others.
