Charchris Sloan is a tech leader with extensive experience in engineering and a focus on AI product development. Currently serving as Tech Lead at kencko, they are driving a culture change aimed at simplicity and managing technical operations for major retailers. Previously, Charchris was the Head of Engineering at Observe Technologies, where they played a crucial role in transitioning the company after its exit. They have also worked as a Software Developer and gained valuable insights into tech's role in art through pro bono research with MUSICJELLY LIMITED. Charchris holds a Master’s Degree in Computing from Imperial College London.
